Our Pacific Northwest climate of rain, shade, and moisture creates perfect conditions for this algae to thrive.
Do you work in rain?
- Yes — we're a Pacific Northwest company. Soft washing and pressure washing work fine in light rain, and many of our best results come on overcast PNW days. We reschedule for severe weather or high winds. Lighting installations may require dry conditions for electrical work — we'll coordinate with you if weather becomes a factor.
What's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing for house siding?
- Soft washing uses low-pressure water with specialized cleaning solutions to kill organic growth at the root level. Pressure washing relies on brute force — which can damage siding, force water behind it causing interior moisture problems, void warranties, and leave root systems intact so growth returns quickly. Soft washing delivers longer-lasting results with zero risk of surface damage.
