What Our Christmas Lights Service Includes
Installation options: roofline only, roofline + shrubs, full property display. We supply all lights and hardware unless you have lights you want us to use. Takedown is included — we remove, sort, and store everything in labeled bins that we keep for you until next season.
We book up fast in October and November — most Eastside installation slots are gone by mid-October for the Thanksgiving weekend window. We take a small deposit to hold your installation date.
Pricing: roofline only (up to 150 ft) starts at $1,500. Full property displays run $2,500–$5,000+ depending on scope. Returning customers with stored lights receive a 10% discount on installation labor.
