What Our Christmas Lights Service Includes
Installation options: roofline only, roofline + shrubs, full property display. We supply all lights and hardware unless you have lights you want us to use. Takedown is included — we remove, sort, and store everything in labeled bins that we keep for you until next season.
We book up fast in October and November — most Eastside installation slots are gone by mid-October for the Thanksgiving weekend window. We take a small deposit to hold your installation date.
Pricing: roofline only (up to 150 ft) starts at $395. Full property displays run $600–$1,200+ depending on scope. Returning customers with stored lights receive a 10% discount on installation labor.

Frequently Asked Questions About Christmas Lights
- Do you supply the lights or do I need to buy them?
- We supply everything — lights, clips, extension cords, all hardware. If you have lights you love and want us to use, we can accommodate that for a reduced materials fee.
- When do you install and take down?
- We install starting in mid-October through early December depending on availability. Takedown happens in January — we coordinate a date that works for you between January 2nd and 31st.
- What if lights go out during the season?
- We come back and fix it at no charge during the install season. Our service guarantee covers the full period your lights are up.
- Do you store the lights after takedown?
- Yes. We take them down, sort them into labeled storage bins, and keep them at our facility until the following October. This is included in the full-service package.
- How far in advance do I need to book?
- October installations are typically fully booked by early October. If you want a Thanksgiving weekend install (the most popular window), book in September. Call us early — we can't always accommodate last-minute requests in November.
